Biography:

Sophia is a visual artist and ecologist based in Naarm (Melbourne). She studied at the London School of Muralism in 2021, where she was trained in community outreach, safety management, design development and implementation. She has worked on ten murals, with a strong focus on community engagement in the design process. Her artistic practice tends to convey landscapes and local stories, bridging her experience in ecology, social geography, and public art. She pursues public art to enliven urbanised spaces and elicit curiosity, joy, and connection to the natural world.
